Dr. Amrita Kesari is a certified laparoscopic surgeon currently offering her surgical expertise at various hospitals in Navi Mumbai. She has developed a strong interest in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic procedures, such as total hysterectomy, myomectomy (removal of fibroids), and ovarian cystectomy. She has a special focus on treating endometriosis, particularly advanced cases like stage 3 and 4.
Dr. Kesari underwent the prestigious FMAS (Gynaecological Minimal Access Surgery) training program in Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai and is a certified advanced laparoscopic surgeon.

Laparoscopy
Laparoscopy is keyhole surgery that helps diagnose and treat problems like fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cyst and fertility related problems. It uses tiny cuts, which means less pain, faster recovery, and minimal scarring.
Hysteroscopy
Hysteroscopy is a simple procedure that allows us to look inside the uterus using a thin camera. It helps find and treat the causes of symptoms like heavy bleeding or irregular periods in the same sitting. It helps is treating submucosal fibroid, polyp and postmenopausal bleeding.
Resectoscopy
For cases which are complex for hysteroscopy, resectoscopy is next best step.It is used to carefully remove bigger fibroids or polyps from inside the uterus. It also comes in handy in cases of vaginal or uterine septum surgery. all of this is done without any cuts on the outside and helps improve symptoms and preserve fertility.
